I really want a child, what should I do? A man’s question: why children “fail” What should you do if you want to have a child?

It is unlikely that I will be mistaken if I say that there are a great many articles and even books on a similar topic. But they are mainly aimed at helping expectant mothers. Sometimes, looking through these materials, you think that the presence of the father in them is not implied at all. “The Moor has done his job, the Moor can leave.”

My deep conviction is that education should be shared. And at the preparatory stage it is also worth being together.

Discuss in advance

Some issues are best discussed before marriage. For example: do you want children, if so, how many. And there is no need to be shy - approach this with all possible seriousness. Because if you don't talk in advance, then it can lead to unpleasant surprises, for example.

Deciding on this when you are already married will be much more difficult. For some couples, it is a revelation and even a shock that if they decide to have a child, then for the next eighteen years they will not be alone in the house. Understand - this is a truly adult step. It must be balanced and deliberate. At the beginning of family life, we all fly on the “exalted wings of love,” and we don’t want to think about problems during this period. However, later, as Pelevin put it, “reality may strike.”

I discussed these issues with my fiancée. Although at that time I was a student, and my future seemed rather vague, we decided that it was not worth postponing to add to the family. Maybe it was a risky step, but we wanted children.

Boy or girl? Dream but be realistic

My beloved and I often dreamed about what kind of children we would have and chose names for them. We discussed whether we would like a boy or a girl. In my opinion, no matter how much you talk about it, what happens will happen. I heard that there are techniques... However, I have never heard of the success of at least one of them. One of my friends really wanted a son, but only daughters were born in the family. When his wife was in the maternity hospital for the fourth time, he called to find out the result and heard that he had a fourth daughter. The poor guy called back and clarified so many times, in the hope that this was some kind of mistake, that the nurse, unable to bear it, told him: “Man, just accept it already!” By the way, that's right. Here . You need to be ready to accept and love the child that the Lord will send. By the way, this friend of mine is a wonderful father in his “flower garden”!

In our case, we wanted a girl, but the ultrasound showed a boy. We also assumed this option, and it did not particularly upset us. Now he has already grown up and turned into a guy almost the same height as me. He is a dreamer and a romantic, much like me. Sometimes I find myself looking at him not as a son, but as a friend. A good guy is growing up.

Support each other

One day at work, a pregnant employee approached me and, embarrassed, asked if I had to put my hands on my wife’s belly to feel how the baby was moving. When I answered in the affirmative, she suddenly asked a question:

- Did you experience puppy delight at the same time?

- Yes, it seems not.

- For some reason it’s the same with my husband.

- Well, what's wrong with that?

- Why then did my friend just squeal with delight?

- Don't know. Maybe because she is a woman and your husband is not.

Both spouses should understand a simple truth: you are different, so you perceive many things differently. Perhaps among men there are those who admire the “mystery of nascent life,” but this is rather rare. Most of them think about new responsibilities, upcoming changes, and the fact that your relationship will now change. This may sound trivial, but at a time like this, your family needs in mutual support. The husband needs it no less than the wife, and maybe even more!

This didn't happen to us either. When we were expecting our first child, I tried my best to encourage my wife, but I was worried about how we would continue to live. As a student, I could not earn much, and even then I understood that children are an expensive pleasure. I was haunted by the thought of how our relationship would develop in the future, because now my wife’s attention would be focused on the baby.

Then she acted very wisely. Once, challenging me to be frank, she said: “I know it will be difficult, but we wanted a child, we’ll hold out somehow. I believe that you will succeed. As for the rest, you are still my favorite. That doesn't change." This may seem like a small thing, but it was important for me to hear this. Your husband will appreciate it too.

Prepare for surprises - there will definitely be some

You will not be one hundred percent ready. No books or educational programs will convey exactly what awaits you. However, in a certain sense it is possible to prepare. There are courses for expectant mothers, educational programs, and the like. It wouldn’t hurt for the future dad to “enlighten himself” either. It might make sense to attend such courses together, or ask your wife how and what to do. Some will say this is “not a man’s business.” I also once thought so, so I preferred to mind my own business. Later I had to regret this.

When my wife gave birth to her first child, she got an infection in the maternity hospital. Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. Therefore, I took our baby alone. The wife was discharged later, and a few days later she was admitted to the hospital because she was not fully treated. And they put her alone. Imagine the horror of a young man, with a newborn baby in his arms, who does not even know how to approach him. The “Young Father Course” had to be completed in practice.

The problems started already on the first day, when it was necessary to give the baby a bath. I had no idea how to do this. In desperation, I turned to the wife of one of the teachers for help. She was the mother of five children, and certainly had experience. Sympathizing with me, she agreed. Having come to me, she bathed my son, explaining everything in detail and giving other advice. Then it turned out that he had stomach problems due to the antibiotics that were given to him and his mother. I had to run for help again. Almost all the neighborhood mothers took part. I was lucky to have such helpful people around me. God bless them, otherwise these two weeks would have cost me gray hair!

Decide who will raise

It would be good to discuss in advance who will be involved in the upbringing. Will the mother look after the child, or will she prefer to continue her career? Both have options. Of course, it is preferable for the mother to stay with the child, but not all families can afford to live on one salary. Now in the West, the opposite option is becoming increasingly popular, when the father remains the babysitter, and the mother builds a career and earns money. A questionable decision, however, this is my personal opinion.

Of course, you can also involve grandmothers in raising them, or hire a nanny. This allows both to work. But not every family is ready for someone else to be in their home all the time, even if it is a close relative.

In our case there was not much choice. My wife’s mother died, and mine was on the other side of the country, and for various reasons could not come. We couldn't afford a nanny either. As a result, I had to look for another job, and my wife stayed at home.

Don't be alarmed, everything is fine!

Finally, let me give you one more piece of advice: don't be scared. In fact, what is happening to you now is wonderful! Yes, your life is changing. It's like moving to another level in a computer game. Everything becomes much more complicated, new obstacles and difficulties appear. But this is much more interesting and better, understanding just doesn’t come right away. Do everything possible together, then everything will work out for you. There is a great path ahead, and this path is joyful! Good luck to you!

I want a baby

Also, you can often hear “I want children, but I’m afraid to give birth.” Many girls learn about the pain and difficulty of childbirth from their grandmothers, mothers, and friends. Few people will say that this is a very pleasant process, but even the most severe pain is so quickly forgotten when the smallest and most expensive creature in the world is in your arms.

For girls who are afraid of childbirth, we can give some practical advice:

  1. Weed out negative information; just because someone had a bad birth does not mean the same thing will happen to you.
  2. Find a good doctor. Be sure to talk to him about your concerns; an experienced doctor will certainly find a method for you that will reduce pain and make your childbirth more enjoyable;
  3. Tune in to positive emotions and remember that you have a long-awaited meeting with your baby ahead!

Remember that if your thought “I really want a child” is really strong, then your baby will certainly soon be in your arms, and a little later he will say his first “Mom”!

Previously, a childless woman was equated with being sick or handicapped. Every lady strived for marriage and the birth of offspring.

This can be associated with the predominance of instincts over personality. Childbearing is a function that nature has endowed a woman with.

In the West wives have long moved away from the stereotypes of the image of a mother. Women consciously decide not to give birth, but to live for themselves. This is how many families are built, men supporting their wives.

If with age you come to the realization that you absolutely do not want to have children, you should think about it, find the right words, and explain the decision normally to your loved ones.

What to do if you are pregnant but don't want to have children

Unwanted pregnancies are not uncommon. This is how a good half of all people were born. First, you need to calm down.

Upon learning of pregnancy, a woman panics, even if she has a strong desire to become a mother. If there is no desire, the panic intensifies.

Facts to remember when you see two lines on the test:

  • Every person is born a woman, including you.
  • Pregnancy is a period that passes without a trace.
  • The female body is designed to give birth to a child - every woman is born for this.
  • Childbirth is just a procedure, today it is carried out painlessly.

It is important to understand that there is no reason to panic. What happened is a physiological process. Many infertile women would give their lives to be in the place of a pregnant woman.

When a woman consciously decides not to have children, it is her choice, her right. If pregnancy has already occurred, this question is not raised.

Many see two ways out of the situation: give birth or sign up for an abortion.

This is a mistake: the choice is made like this: will a woman become a murderer of her own baby, who already loves her and needs her more than anything in the world, or not.

Excuses, such as the fact that in the first weeks children do not understand or feel anything, were made up by abortion supporters. Life has already been created.

The living child inside the mother is already developing. He is defenseless. His love is instinctive, boundless and absolute.

Important! No one will love a woman as much as her child: a boy or a girl. There are no things or circumstances more important than the gift of life.

Today there are centers that help mothers with a lack of money and difficulties. They will provide housing, work, and help with the baby.

Important! A woman should not have a choice in her mind: to give birth or not to give birth. The baby can be given up for adoption to a couple who will give him love and care.

Terminating the life of your baby, citing a number of banal reasons, means no different from people who set homeless people on fire and kill animals for fun. Your soul will never be the same.

If pregnancy has taken place, get ready for childbirth. There will be 9 months to decide: keep the baby or give it up for adoption.

Babies are taken away instantly, even disabled ones. Infertility is a common problem.

There are several reasons for the lack of desire to have children.

Let's look at the most common ones:

Cause Explanation The essence Way out
Psychological rejection of oneself as a mother Doesn’t feel capable of trying on the role of a gentle and caring mother, believes that she hates children Subconsciously fears change Conversations with other strong women who masterfully cope with the role of mother will help
Fear of ruining the body Afraid of gaining weight, losing attractiveness, becoming an uninteresting housewife A woman does not realize that she can lose her beauty even without childbearing, but she can remain beautiful while being the mother of several children. The most beautiful is the figure of a pregnant woman; the birth of a baby stimulates the rejuvenation of the body, or a woman will age early
Fear of becoming tied up, dealing only with the child Going to the cinema, traveling will disappear, you will have to give up work Fear is associated with inertia, psychological attachment to the comfort zone Changes are refreshing, the birth of a child will be the most significant event in life, you can go back to work in 2 months
The desire to be modern, unencumbered Don't plunge into the world of diapers and spitting up Brains clouded by Western movie lifestyles Lonely old age is a scary prospect, if you think about it

My husband wants a child - should I get a divorce?

The situation is familiar to many couples. The absence of children at the request of a partner is not uncommon. There is no definite answer; couples decide on their own.

Rather, you should be inclined to divorce for a number of reasons:

  • Desire to have children- a basic instinct, this will not pass, unlike the chemistry in the husband’s blood, which he considers love.
  • Feelings are cooling down. When several years have passed, the husband will feel completely unhappy and will regret that he wasted his time and did not become a father.
  • The union is fraught with betrayal due to disagreements: male instinct will take over.
  • Men are born in order to fertilize many females and prolong the race. It is foolish to believe that a man will be comfortable restraining himself by living with someone who does not want children and does not allow him to have them.

Exit There will be an open marriage if this suits.

How to explain to others why I don’t have children

The environment is people with established values and ideals. When views on certain things are strikingly different, there is no need to wait for approval.

If the reason reluctance to become a mother is not due to illness or pathology, this will be perceived as selfishness.

If all women begin to refuse motherhood, life on earth will cease to exist. You have been given life - you breathe, you laugh, you choose a path. You are obliged to respond in kind.

The physiological side of refusing pregnancy and childbirth is that a woman will lose her beauty early and grow old.

Nature gives beauty in order to allow you to start a family and give birth. In addition to early old age, unused energy inside will begin to destroy the body. Diseases will appear.

There is no need to talk about the moral side: lonely old age and death in the house of an elderly person.

Not giving birth to a loved one- refuse it, do not give the world a small copy of it. Not giving birth at all means dying forever, leaving no trace.

When coming up with explanations for your family, think about whether you really want to go against your nature? Explaining the decision to others is not a tricky matter, they will accept it.

Everything that is written here is not the only true statement, not a law or a rule, it is only a generalization of the most common situations, statistics. Reading this material does not cancel or replace consultation with a doctor.

We decided to have a child. Where to start planning? Where to go, what to check?

If you don’t have any cause for concern - abdominal surgery, inflammation in the past, infections, genetic or hormonal problems, for a start you can limit yourself to the small things - get tested for infections, visit a gynecologist to make sure there are no abnormalities, treat your teeth - and then the battle! If you haven’t been vaccinated against rubella before, then it’s best to get it (but then use protection for 3 months). At the same time, it’s worth starting to take vitamins, at least a simple complex, or better yet, one that contains folic acid, but it can also be taken separately. Try to give up smoking and alcohol abuse, we hope that you don’t use drugs anyway.

We have been trying to conceive a child for a whole month now, and today our periods arrived. Are we infertile?

According to statistics, the chance of getting pregnant in the first cycle, even for an absolutely healthy couple, is no more than 25%. So it's too early to panic. If there is no reason to seriously worry about your health, wait a year, most likely during this time you will be able to get pregnant. For couples over 35 years of age, it is better to start consulting a doctor if the desired pregnancy does not occur within six months.

What should you do to increase your chance of pregnancy?

First of all, don’t stress, don’t get nervous, and don’t torture yourself and your loved one. Have sex and have fun. If pregnancy does not occur, you can help nature a little. The most favorable days for conception are in the middle of the cycle. With an average cycle of 28 days, ovulation usually occurs on the 14th (read below about methods that help more accurately determine the moment of ovulation). Sperm can travel inside the female body for 2-3 days, so you can start trying already on days 11-13 and continue until 15-16. To increase sperm concentration, it is better to stick to a schedule - every other day, or every two days on the third. Too many attempts make the sperm almost sterile. After 3 sexual intercourse, no more than 10% of sperm remains in the ejaculate. After sex, it is recommended to lie down in the “birch tree” position - i.e. on the shoulder blades, raising your legs vertically, you can lean them against the wall so that the sperm penetrates better. If the uterus is bent backwards, then on the contrary, after sex you need to stand in the knee-elbow position with your butt up, or at least just lie on your stomach.

It is also very useful to practice belly dancing - internal blood circulation improves, stagnant effects disappear.

What are the first signs of pregnancy?

First of all, you need to remember the main thing - all signs are individual. They do not happen all at once and not for everyone. Sometimes they may not exist at all. Usually the first “bell” is a delay - your periods do not arrive on time (sometimes it happens that they do not disappear completely, but simply pass more sparingly). It happens that the breast swells, enlarges and hurts. You often want to go to the toilet, you experience increased appetite and drowsiness. Toxicosis usually begins a little later - you can feel sick both in the morning and in the evening. Also during pregnancy there is an increased body temperature and basal temperature (up to 37.2-37.4)

I really hope this finally happens! How can I be sure I'm pregnant?

To begin with, you can do a home pregnancy test - they are sold in any pharmacy, usually they start working from the first day of the delay, but statistics show that tests sometimes begin to streak a couple of days before the delay, and sometimes do not show the presence of pregnancy even before the 10th term weeks If you have any doubts, you can donate blood for the hCG hormone. It begins to be produced by chorion tissue already 6-8 days after fertilization. Therefore, in principle, it is possible to determine the presence of pregnancy even a couple of days before the delay. Ideally, the concentration of this hormone doubles every 2 days at the beginning of pregnancy. Usually you can donate blood from a vein at any medical center, on an empty stomach, in the morning. In many of them, results are ready on the same day, by evening. The cost of analysis ranges from 160 rubles to 500.

4 - 5 weeks

5 - 6 weeks

6 - 7 weeks

7 - 11 weeks

11 - 16 weeks

These values are given for periods “from conception”, and not “from the last menstruation”.

Remember that each laboratory has its own standards; check your result with the standards of the laboratory where you did the analysis.

Well, to be completely sure, you can do an ultrasound. There is no need to rush before there is a delay in a week or two. Perhaps you became pregnant a little later than the middle of the cycle, and your nerves can be seriously damaged.

How can I tell when I'm ovulating?

First, there are signs of ovulation. They are individual - but most often they are painful sensations in the side, discharge similar to egg white, sometimes bloody, increased sensitivity and sexuality.

There are also ways to find out the moment most suitable for conception with greater accuracy.

Simplest - calendar, but it is not at all reliable; it is unlikely to accurately determine the desired day. But usually it is a day about 14 days before your next period. With an unstable cycle, this method is generally useless.

The next method is measurement of basal (rectal) temperature. To do this, immediately after waking up in the morning, measure the temperature in the rectum. In order for the indicators to be accurate, you should not get up for at least 3-4 hours before the measurement. Every day you need to do this at the same time, try to adhere to the same measurement conditions. Based on the results, a graph is built - cycle day and temperature. It is also worth noting all additional factors - if the sensations or discharge on that day were unusual, or some reasons may have affected the accuracy of the measurements. In the first half of the cycle, the temperature is quite low, usually lower than 36.5. When ovulation occurs, the temperature rises by a few tenths of a degree (at least 0.4-0.5) and remains this way until menstruation, above 37 degrees. Before menstruation it falls. If pregnancy has occurred, then the BT level remains above 37 and beyond. The method is simple and cheap, but unreliable. There are many factors that can affect temperature, and the day of ovulation is already determined as a fait accompli.

Another option - microscopes. This can be either a special microscope or, in principle, any children’s microscope. Every morning, before brushing your teeth and eating, you need to rub a drop of saliva on a piece of glass, let it dry and look at it through a microscope. On days when pregnancy is not possible, numerous dots will be visible on the glass, and when ovulation approaches, fern-like inclusions will appear; on the day of ovulation they will be thickest. The method is based on the fact that saliva crystallizes in a special way under the influence of estrogen, the level of which increases during ovulation. Unfortunately, this method is also not reliable, because... The presence of ovulation is determined for sure by the luteinizing hormone, and it does not affect saliva.

Another home method - ovulation tests, they resemble regular home pregnancy tests, and they are used in much the same way. Only the package usually contains several tests; they must be used when ovulation is likely approaching daily or every other day. When the second line appears on the test, ovulation is approaching; when it reaches maximum brightness, go ahead and try.

The most reliable, but also the most troublesome - folliculometry, i.e. Ultrasound diagnostics allows you to monitor the maturation of the follicle and make sure that ovulation has occurred.

What are the causes of infertility? And how are they identified?

The reasons are distributed approximately as follows:

To find out what your problem might be, your doctor may order the following tests:

Ultrasound- to determine the condition of the pelvic organs, the presence and time of ovulation;

Spermogram– to determine the quality of sperm – concentration, motility, number of pathological forms, etc.;

Hormonal analysis– to find out whether there is an excess or deficiency of important hormones that play a big role in the possibility of conceiving and bearing a child;

Postcoital test– cervical mucus is examined for sensitivity to sperm;

HSG (Hysterosalpingography)– determine the patency of the fallopian tubes using X-ray or ultrasound radiation with the introduction of a special contrast agent;

Laparoscopy– examination of the reproductive internal organs through 3 small incisions in the abdominal cavity using a miniature camera.

and some other specific methods.

What hormones and when should be tested to determine possible hormonal causes of infertility?

FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) on days 3-8 or 19-21 of a woman’s menstrual cycle, for a man - on any day. Strictly on an empty stomach. In women, FSH stimulates the growth of follicles in the ovaries and the formation of estrogen. The endometrium grows in the uterus. Reaching a critical level of FSH in the middle of the cycle leads to ovulation. In men, FSH is the main stimulator of the growth of the seminiferous tubules. FSH increases the concentration of testosterone in the blood, thereby ensuring the process of sperm maturation and male strength. It happens that the hormone works at full strength, but there is no point where it is in demand. This happens when a man's testicles are small or have suffered from some kind of surgery or infection.

LH (luteinizing hormone) Rented on days 3-8 or 19-21 of a woman’s menstrual cycle, for a man - on any day. Strictly on an empty stomach. This hormone “ripens” the follicle in a woman, ensuring the secretion of estrogen, ovulation, and the formation of the corpus luteum. In men, by stimulating the formation of sex hormone binding globulin, it increases the permeability of the seminiferous tubules to testosterone. This increases the concentration of testosterone in the blood, which promotes sperm maturation.

The release of luteinizing hormone is pulsating in nature and depends in women on the phase of the menstrual cycle. In a woman’s cycle, the peak concentration of LH occurs at ovulation, after which the level of the hormone drops and “stays” throughout the luteal phase at lower values than in the follicular phase. This is necessary for the functioning of the corpus luteum in the ovary. In women, the concentration of LH in the blood is maximum in the period from 12 to 24 hours before ovulation and is maintained throughout the day, reaching a concentration 10 times higher compared to the non-ovulatory period. During pregnancy, LH concentration decreases. During the examination for infertility, it is important to track the ratio of LH and FSH. Normally, before the onset of menstruation it is 1, a year after the onset of menstruation - from 1 to 1.5, in the period from two years after the onset of menstruation and before menopause - from 1.5 to 2.

Prolactin

To determine the level of this hormone, it is important to do an analysis in phases 1 and 2 of the menstrual cycle strictly on an empty stomach and only in the morning. Immediately before drawing blood, the patient should be at rest for about 30 minutes.

Prolactin is involved in ovulation and stimulates lactation after childbirth. Therefore, it can suppress the formation of FSH for “peaceful purposes” during pregnancy and for non-peaceful purposes in its absence. With increased or decreased levels of prolactin in the blood, the follicle may not develop, as a result of which the woman will not ovulate. The daily production of this hormone has a pulsating nature. During sleep, its level increases. After waking up, the concentration of prolactin decreases sharply, reaching a minimum in the late morning hours. After noon, the hormone level increases. During the menstrual cycle, prolactin levels are higher in the luteal phase than in the follicular phase.

Estradiol

Blood is tested for this hormone throughout the entire menstrual cycle. Estradiol is secreted by the maturing follicle, corpus luteum of the ovary, adrenal glands and even adipose tissue under the influence of FSH, LH and prolactin. In women, estradiol ensures the formation and regulation of menstrual function and the development of the egg. A woman ovulates 24-36 hours after a significant peak in estradiol. After ovulation, the hormone level decreases, and a second, smaller amplitude, rise occurs. Then there is a decline in the concentration of the hormone, which continues until the end of the luteal phase. A necessary condition for the functioning of the hormone estradiol is its correct relationship to testosterone levels.

Progesterone

It is important to check this hormone on days 19-21 of the menstrual cycle. Progesterone is a hormone produced by the corpus luteum and placenta (during pregnancy). It prepares the endometrium of the uterus for implantation of a fertilized egg, and after its implantation it helps maintain pregnancy.

Testosterone

This hormone can be tested in both men and women any day. Testosterone is needed by both spouses, but is a male sex hormone. In the female body, testosterone is secreted by the ovaries and adrenal glands. Exceeding the normal concentration of testosterone in a woman can cause irregular ovulation and early miscarriage, and the maximum concentration of testosterone is determined in the luteal phase and during ovulation. A decrease in testosterone concentration in a man causes a lack of male strength and a decrease in sperm quality.

6-9 years: Over 9 years old: women - men - 8.7 – 54.6 pg/ml

DEA sulfate

This hormone is produced in the adrenal cortex. This hormone can be tested in both men and women any day. It is also needed by the body of both spouses, but in different proportions, because it is also a male sex hormone.

Free T3 (free triiodothyronine)

T3 is produced by the follicular cells of the thyroid gland under the control of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH). It is a precursor to the more active hormone T4, but has its own, although less pronounced, effect than T4. Blood for analysis is taken on an empty stomach. Immediately before drawing blood, the patient should be at rest for about 30 minutes.

Norm: 3.2 - 7.2 pmol/l.

T4 (total thyroxine)

The concentration of T4 in the blood is higher than the concentration of T3. This hormone, by increasing the basal metabolic rate, increases heat production and oxygen consumption by all tissues of the body, with the exception of the tissues of the brain, spleen and testicles. Levels of the hormone in men and women normally remain relatively constant throughout life. However, in some areas there is often a decrease in the activity of the thyroid gland, which can lead to serious deviations in one’s own health and the health of the unborn child.

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)

The level of this hormone must be checked on an empty stomach to rule out thyroid dysfunction.

Antibodies to TSH.

Determination of antibodies to TSH makes it possible to predict dysfunction of the thyroid gland. Available on any day of the menstrual cycle.

Norm: 0-40 U/ml

Determining the level of the above hormones is a very important step in the process of screening for infertility.

Hormone levels help determine the exact day of ovulation and determine the most optimal days for conception, eliminating problems.

Here are the standard values according to the standards of the independentINVITRO laboratories . Each laboratory has its own hormone standards, so check them when you get the results.

Hochushki are often superstitious. There are many folk signs and ways to speed up pregnancy. Which ones?

If you want to hope that this will help, then it will definitely not harm your health. One of the most popular signs is called ficus. It is advisable that it be given as a gift, and as soon as it begins to grow, perhaps someone will begin to grow in their tummy. It’s also useful to buy a whole bunch of gaskets - and you won’t need them for a couple of years. They say that pregnancy is “contagious,” so newly pregnant lucky women “sneeze” at those who are still trying. For the same purpose, you can sit in the pregnant woman’s place or drink from her glass.

(There is also a saying - “If you get a kitten, expect a baby” - approx. ed., who has a cat for 10 months. older than the child)

What is “male factor infertility”? How is he treated?

Male factor is called infertility, in which the cause lies in the man, in the quality of his sperm. To identify this, a spermogram is taken. It is best to take it after 3-5 days of abstaining from sex, alcohol, and spicy food. Based on the results, they determine how high the concentration of sperm is, whether they are sufficiently mobile, whether there are any defects and some other parameters. If the results are not good enough, the reasons are determined, an ultrasound is performed, a hormone test is taken, a smear is taken, and it is found out whether there are any infections. Based on the results of the examination, treatment is prescribed. In order to make it more successful, it is necessary to follow the following recommendations - giving up smoking and alcohol, especially strong alcohol, proper nutrition - enough proteins, vitamins, seafood, sea fish, avoiding spicy foods, sufficient physical activity - swimming, walking, etc. .P. It is also worth reviewing your wardrobe - there should be no tight underwear and trousers, clothes should not impede blood circulation in the groin, natural fabrics are better. It is also useful to take Avicenna's mixture - 1 glass of dried apricots, 1 glass of raisins, 1 glass of figs, 1 glass of pitted prunes, 1 glass of peeled walnuts, 2 lemons, 1 glass of honey. Pass washed dried apricots, raisins, figs, prunes, walnuts through a meat grinder, add juice squeezed from lemons, honey and mix thoroughly. Place everything tightly in a glass jar, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator. Serve with cold water before breakfast or with tea.

How can you check whether the fallopian tubes are patent?

There are two methods - laparoscopy and hysterosalpinogram (HSG).

Laparoscopy indicated in cases where there is a suspicion that the tubes are obstructed, and the causes of infertility have not been clarified by other means. Laparoscopy is usually performed after ovulation. General anesthesia is most often used. Three tiny incisions are made - under the navel and two above the pubis on the left and right. The abdominal cavity is pumped with carbon dioxide to make it slightly swollen and easier to manipulate. An endoscope is inserted through the incisions, special instruments are inserted, and the tubes and uterus are examined for possible problems while looking at the monitor. After all manipulations, the incisions are sutured. It is possible to leave the hospital the next day or the day after. In many clinics, it is also possible to ask to record the operation on tape and ask for commentary on the results. Laparoscopy is also done to remove cysts. The recovery period after it is short. The effect is maximum in the first six months after the procedure.

Hysterosalpinogram (HSG) carried out in the first half of the cycle, 6-7 days after the end of menstruation. It is performed without anesthesia, possibly with local anesthesia. Sensitivity to this procedure varies among women. A special contrast solution is injected through the cervix. The passage of the solution through the tubes into the uterus is monitored using x-rays or ultrasound.

What herbs help achieve a long-awaited pregnancy?

The most popular remedy among the people is Borovaya uterus.

Borovaya uterus is the popular name for Ortilia or Ramishia lopsided - the wintergreen family. There are many names for it: motherwort, boletus, female herb, uterus for forty diseases... The chemical composition of ramishia contains arbutin, hydroquinone, coumarins, vitamin C, resins, saponins, organic acids, microelements: titanium, copper, zinc, manganese, etc.

The plant is widely used in medicine for the treatment of: gynecological diseases of an inflammatory nature, uterine fibroids, infertility, uterine bleeding, toxicosis, menstrual irregularities, adhesions, obstruction and inflammation of the tubes, and also as a disinfectant for inflammatory processes in the kidneys and bladder, for cystitis, pyelonephritis, inflammation of the prostate gland, hemorrhoids, urinary incontinence in adults and children, acute inflammation of the ear (purulent).

Thus, the hog uterus helps not only women, but also men!

How to use the tincture: 30 - 40 drops per 50-100 ml of water 3 times a day an hour before meals.

The course of treatment ranges from 3 weeks to several months, depending on the duration and severity of the disease. For infertility, salpingitis, prostatitis, it is necessary to do preventive treatment every year: pour 10 g of herb with 1 glass of boiling water, steam for 15 minutes, take 1 tbsp. 3 - 4 times a day an hour before meals, 3 - 4 weeks.

Herbalists believe that if the disease lasts for several years, then for each year of the disease you need to take tinctures of 200 - 250 ml. Thus, you can calculate how long the course of treatment will be. For example, if the inflammatory process of the ovaries is three years old, then you need to drink at least 600 - 750 ml of tincture. But then, for prevention, drink a small course of 3-4 weeks annually for 3-4 years.

For oncological diseases and tumors of the uterus (fibroids, cysts, etc.), in addition to the uterine uterus, it is necessary to take hemlock, hellebore, herbal teas, and do douching. For infertility, you need to add Todikamp (tincture of green walnuts on kerosene); for breast tumors - cinquefoil, oncolan...

There are other means. This is, for example, spotted hemlock, a poisonous herb used primarily for tumor diseases. Hemlock does not have any hormonal properties, and, nevertheless, it is highly effective for almost all types of endocrine infertility, both female and male. This property has long been used in homeopathic medicine, where it is believed that hemlock normalizes the activity of both peripheral (ovaries, testes, thyroid gland) and central parts of the endocrine system (hypothalamus, pituitary gland).

Quite often, the cause of female infertility is inflammatory diseases of the ovaries and tubes, leading to adhesive obstruction inside the fallopian tubes, as well as to adhesions around the tubes and ovaries, which also leads to disruption of the passage of the egg through the tubes.

For tubal infertility, hemlock is often used, which is associated both with its direct anti-inflammatory effect, and with its indirect effect - through the normalization of hormonal metabolism, which is inevitably disrupted in the presence of a focus of inflammation in the pelvis. Of course, in addition to hemlock, in case of obstruction of the fallopian tubes, adhesions in the pelvis, herbs with an anti-inflammatory effect, herbs that improve blood circulation in the pelvis, herbs that resolve adhesions (medium shake, meadow cornflower, yarrow, wintergreen, boron uterus, sweet clover, bearberry, knotweed, horsetail, thuja and many others).

But such remedies should not be used without consulting a doctor, otherwise, instead of the desired pregnancy, you may end up with additional health problems.

The emergence and distribution of effective contraception made it possible for people to decide on procreation without relying on the will of God or chance. The childfree movement immediately appeared - a community of people who voluntarily refuse to have children. It is worth noting that every year there are more and more like-minded childfree people, and this is not surprising, because refusing to procreate actually has many advantages.

Top 10 reasons to never have children:

  1. Freedom. The birth of a child is always associated with a restriction of freedom: if you do not have non-working grandmothers and the financial ability to hire a nanny, in the first years you simply will not be able to lead your usual lifestyle. Naturally, the more active you were before the birth of your child, the more difficult it will be for you to endure the hardships of caring for a small child. Even a banal trip to the supermarket for groceries will cause a lot of difficulties: taking a child with you is inconvenient, and in order to leave him at home, you need to find someone who agrees to look after him.
  2. Career. No matter how much pro-lifers claim that you can successfully combine both a career and raising a child, in reality this is often far from the truth: something will certainly suffer. Firstly, employers are reluctant to hire women with small children. Secondly, combining motherhood with work is simply physically difficult, especially if the work involves travel and overtime. Often, women with children have to choose the job of their dreams over the one that will be more convenient for them to combine with motherhood.
  3. Money. According to the legislation of our country, child benefits are paid only up to 1.5 years; the rest of the time, the costs of the child fall entirely on the parents, and this is by no means only food and clothing. Children need bicycles, roller skates, snow scooters, a doll like a friend's, they need to pay for kindergarten, developmental classes and much more. How much money parents will have for themselves after this depends on their income, and if it does not exceed the average, then there will be very little left.
  4. Rest. Every person needs rest, but parents' rest is completely dependent on their child's daily routine. You won't be able to sleep until noon on the weekend, because... Children usually get up with the first rays of the sun and actively demand attention. As for vacation, here too you will have to adapt to the child, choosing safe places with playgrounds and maximum comfort. You will have to go to bed early and visit a nightclub or other similar establishment only if someone can stay with the child.
  5. Self-development. A modern person has access to unlimited resources for self-development, these are all kinds of trainings, courses, books, films and much more that you can usefully occupy your free time with. If you have a child, there will be much less time and energy left for this, because all your attention will be absorbed in caring for your beloved offspring.
  6. Relationships with your other half. With the advent of a child, a couple in love turns into mom and dad, their relationship becomes completely different. You look at each other no longer as an object of desire, but as a relative. It is not surprising that many spouses, after having children, begin to have affairs on the side, because they so want to re-experience these lost romantic experiences. If you suddenly realize that you no longer want to live with your spouse, having a child will not allow you to break off the relationship overnight. You will still have to communicate. At the same time, when a family with a child breaks up, the woman receives the unenviable nickname “divorcee with a trailer,” and the man receives the contemptuous nickname “alimony worker.”
  7. Circle of friends. If before the birth of a child you were free to decide for yourself with whom you communicate, then with a child everything changes. Now your social circle will often be selected based on how comfortable the child will be in this society. If you don't like your mother-in-law, but she actively wants to be involved in your grandchild's life, you will still have to communicate with her.
  8. Responsibility. When you give birth to a child, you take on the enormous responsibility of raising, feeding, educating and providing everything you need. This is a huge responsibility and not everyone can cope with it.
  9. Health. Your health, figure, breasts, hair can deteriorate due to the birth and feeding of a child. It is possible to recover, but whether it is worth going for it, everyone must decide for themselves. The mental state of mothers also leaves much to be desired. After all, no one guarantees that your child will have an angelic character, that he will be comfortable, calm, etc. Each child is an individual, with his own character, and some are born with health problems. As a result, you can ruin your life.
  10. You may simply not be ready. There is a time for everything and you don’t need to have a baby just because you are already 25 and all your girlfriends have already given birth. You must be prepared both morally and financially for this step; if you do not feel the need to become a mother, then you should not try to be like everyone else. Don't waste your life or your child's life. You will not be happier and you will not make the little person happier.

Of course, the above reasons cannot serve as the main argument for refusing to procreate. If you want to have the closest and dearest person, to cement an alliance with your soulmate, and you are not afraid of difficulties, feel free to have a child. If there are any doubts, you should postpone such a responsible step.
